We require verification of cosmetology license or cosmetology student status.
What are the store hours?
Monday - Thursday: 9 AM - 5 PM
Friday: 9 AM - 4 PM
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: 9 AM - 6 PM

How does shipping work?
We strive to fulfill orders within 1-5 business days. If your order requires a longer processing time or delay, we try to reach out via email, phone call, and text to keep you updated. If you have any questions or concerns, fill out our contact form or reach out to us on instagram.
SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and your location. Orders may be delayed during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
- Economy shipping: Estimated delivery is 5-14 business days
- Standard shipping: Estimated delivery is 1-6 business days
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $150, however excludes certain items (mostly heavy items, bulk items, cases, gallons, heavy kits, etc.).
Drills and gel curing lamps will have signature required upon delivery.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not provide international shipping at this time.
LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us using our contact form within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.
